Revenue share
Creators keep 65% of the net sale price on every sound and every bundle share to start — no listing fees, no exclusivity.
Setting your prices
You choose each sound's price: free, or anything from $2 to $500. Packs bundle your sounds at a discount to buying them one by one.
Payout schedule
Each sale's earnings are held for 30 days in case of a refund. After that they're paid monthly through PayPal, usually around the 15th, once at least $25 is ready.
Publishing requirements
Your own original sounds only — no stolen or copyrighted audio, and AI material only when reworked and allowed by the tool's terms — with an accurate category, tags and licence. The upload tools automatically catch silent or empty files and flag likely duplicates, and keep every sound at the volume you made it unless you choose to even out loudness. 44.1 kHz or higher is recommended.
The $500 Trusted Creator tier
Once your lifetime net earnings pass $500, your revenue share rises from 65% to 70%, applied automatically. You also become eligible for the blue Trusted Creator badge on your profile and every pack you publish — a visible signal to buyers that you're an established, reliable creator. ReadySFX reviews your sales before giving it, and it stays once given unless we remove it. The 70% rate stays too: once the sales that got you there are past the 30-day hold, refunds that bring you back under $500 don't take it away.
Keep climbing to 75%
Pass $2,000 in lifetime net earnings and your share rises again, to 75% — the highest tier on ReadySFX. Same rules: applied automatically, no action needed.
